This wok is made of carbon steel, which makes it tougher than ordinary steel. And of course we have already treated it with a rust-resistant layer of oil.

Don’t forget to clean your wok after every time you cook with it.  This will prevent the flavour of the dish you just made from affecting the flavour of your next creation. For optimal maintenance, after cleaning, treat your wok pan with vegetable oil to keep it in excellent condition.
