Flat Basket
Would you like to roast a whole fish on a bed of herbs, or grill vegetables, burgers or chicken fillets, for example? If so, this stainless steel Flat Basket for the Rotisserie is your best friend, because you can use it to roast and grill ingredients without having to turn them. So, you can have an aperitif with your family or friends in the meantime, while your food is cooking.
The basket measures 34 x 9 x (maximum) 5 centimetres. So, you can put quite a few ingredients in it. You simply place them in the Flat Basket and clip it in place, thanks to the adjustable lid. This keeps the ingredients neatly in place. Then thread the basket onto the spit and clamp it securely with two stainless steel nuts. Place the spit in the spit ring on the Big Green Egg, close the lid of your kamado and turn on the spit motor.
When the ingredients are cooked, you can remove them from the Flat Basket just as easily, thanks to the non-stick coating.
